During the past 30+ years, many thousands of written appraisals have been completed for various private and public interests in the categories of Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Land, Partial Interests including Conservation Easements and Development Rights principally in Connecticut but including the New England states and locations beyond.

 

Many of these appraisal reports were prepared for the scrutiny of courts, governmental agencies and specifically the Internal Revenue Service.  Many others were directed for confidential uses by private individuals and business firms including lenders.
